Management simulation for aptitude diagnostics

The problem

A personnel-development consultancy has used a computer-based management simulation for years: participants run a business over 50 rounds, eleven metrics form a profile. The application only survived as old desktop software, and any change to the scoring would have cost comparability with many earlier runs.

What it does

• The simulation in the browser, for participants, consultants and administration
• Scoring provably unchanged: 360 old sessions replayed, 99.86 percent agreement
• A new norm from real session data
• AI-assisted evaluation texts as a draft for the consultant's debrief
• Versioned interface for the result reports
